Man gets 15-to-life sentence for mother's murder

Family and friends had helped Mary Jo Ritter deal with her son, Gary, and his long struggle with mental health problems, Kellie Rybarczyk told a Franklin County Common Pleas Court judge. Judge Richard A. Frye sentenced Ritter to 15 years to life on Thursday for his mother's murder.
