Man gets 14 years for fatally shooting friend

A man who fatally shot a longtime friend on an East Side street was sentenced today to 14 years in prison. Roger N. Noble, 63, pleaded guilty last month of involuntary manslaughter with a gun specification in the May 9, 2014 slaying of Michael V. Obert.
