Man gets 10 years for fatal shooting on East Side

A 22-year-old man was sentenced this week to 10 years in prison for a fatal shooting last year on an East Side street. Rodney L. Leeper pleaded guilty on Monday to involuntary manslaughter in the death of 27-year-old Anthony R. Sowell Jr.
