Man found shot to death at Northeast Side apartment complex ID'd

Columbus police have identified a 21-year-old man who was shot and killed at a Northeast Side apartment complex Tuesday night. Muhannad Osman Ahmed Afdal was shot near the 2400 block of Goldengate Square at Abbey Lane Apartment Homes at 9:06 p.m. Tuesday.
