Man found shot multiple times in south Columbus

The Columbus Division of Police is investigating after a man was found shot multiple times in south Columbus. It happened Thursday afternoon on the 600 block of East Gates Street. Dispatchers say police arrived to find a male with several gunshot wounds in the rear alley. The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center in unknown condition.
