Man fatally shot inside apartment at Continent

Dean Joaquin Mendiola Peredo Jr., 21, was found inside a unit at the French Quarter apartments at the Continent off Busch Boulevard after Columbus police were called at 6:22 p.m. on a report of a shooting. Police said early Sunday that the shooting is being investigated as a homicide and that a suspect was interviewed by detectives.
