Man ejected from car crash dies in West Portsmouth

West Portsmouth –A 60-year-old man is dead after the vehicle he was driving was struck from behind and overturned early Friday morning.According to The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Manuel Perez was rear-ended in a Kia Sportage waiting to turn off of State Route 73 near milepost 21 in Washington Township.Officials say 24-year old Matthew Richardson was driving a Dodge Ram truck that struck the Kia from behind.The force of the crash spun the Kia around forcing it into the southbound traffic la
