Man drowns in pond at North Side apartment complex

Columbus police are investigating a man who drowned in an apartment complex pond Sunday night. Officers received a call about a man who couldn't swim and had fallen into a pond at the Whispering Oaks apartment complex on the North Side at 11:15 p.m., police said. The man was pulled from the pond and pronounced dead at the scene.
