Man dies in single-vehicle crash in Marion County

MARION – The Marion troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal crash in Marion County that happened Friday night.It happened around 11:40 p.m. on State Route 739 near Crissinger Road.James Gates, IV, 42 of Marion, was driving eastbound on SR-739 when he failed to negotiate a curve and went off the right side of the road.
