Man convicted in one murder, acquitted in another, just like co-defendant

Martin L. Wallington was accused of participating in two separate slayings in Columbus - the beating death of a Florida concert promoter in 2011 and the shooting death of a Georgia drug dealer in 2012. If that sounds familiar, it's because another jury returned the same verdicts in a trial of Wallington's co-defendant, Clemon D. Parham, two months ago.
