Man convicted in murder-for-hire where wrong man was killed

It took a jury about three and a half hours to convict a former Logan County man of aggravated murder and other charges in a northeast Ohio courtroom today even though he wasn't the one who pulled the trigger that killed a man. The man police say actually pulled the trigger, 46-year-old Chad South, was convicted earlier this year of murder and kidnapping and is serving a minimum 28 years in prison. But in a case of mistaken identity, South killed in the wrong man.
