Man charged with OVI after chase in Delaware County

DELAWARE COUNTY - A man is in custody after he led the Delaware County Sheriff's Office and Columbus police on a chase.Around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the area of Bowtown Road and State Route 521.Deputies noticed 20-year-old Joseph Fisher driving through the fields and then called for additional cruisers.Thanks to @ColumbusPolice air unit for their support in the safe resolution to a crazy driver off roading & operating in a reckless manner near Bowtown
