Man charged with murder in south Columbus double shooting

COLUMBUS, Ohio - One man is charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting in south Columbus.Police arrested and charged 20-year-old Krystopher Nathaniel Payne on a murder charge.Police said officers were called to the 1700 block of South 8th Street just after 9:30 p.m. Thursday to a report of two people being shot.Police say one man was found shot to death inside a home.
