Man charged in Tokes murder faces two trials

The man potentially facing the death penalty for the February murder of Ohio State University senior Reagan Tokes will be tried separately for a series of Columbus robberies that immediately preceded the killing. Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark Serrott this week, with both the defense and prosecution agreeing, set Feb. 23 for the start of Brian Lee Golsby's trial for 10 counts related to the murder.
