Man charged in Knox County buggy crash that killed 13-year old

KNOX COUNTY, Ohio – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash involving a buggy and a recreational vehicle in Knox County.OSHP said the crash happened around 3:40 p.m. Friday on Wooster Road near Yarman Road, which is northeast of Mount Vernon.A release from OSHP says Earnest Bennett failed to stop his RV and hit an Amish buggy from behind. The impact ejected 35-year-old Albert Miller and his two children from the buggy.Miller's 13-year-old son, Andy, died at the scene.
