Man charged in Delaware County arson murdered in prison

A Delaware County man in prison for arson was murdered inside the prison.Christopher Richardson was imprisoned for aggravated arson at the Warren Correction Institution in Lebanon for setting a house on fire in Delaware County.Richardson was sentenced to four years.According to the incident report, Richardson was assaulted by a suspect in a cell. Richardson died of his injuries at Miami Valley Hospital.The prison was unable to comment as it is still an active homicide investigation.
