Man charged in connection with homicide

A Madison Township man has been charged with aggravated murder in connection with the shooting death of an acquaintance on Monday afternoon. Todd M. Charles, 24, of the 3400 block of Rohr Road, was arrested near his mother’s house in Ashville on Monday night.
