Man charged for allegedly setting Buddhist Temple fire

Columbus Division of Fire arrested 19-year-old Ronnie Lee Carroll II, for setting fire of The Karma Thegsum Chöling Buddhist Temple on January 31, 2016. Investigators say Carroll started several dumpsters in the area on fire and the one located next to the building and spread quickly.
