Man charged after stabbing roommate in the neck

Columbus police have charged a man accused of stabbing his female roommate in the neck Thursday.Police said 22-year-old Ezra Cason was charged with felonious assault and harassment with a bodily fluid.The incident happened around 2 p.m. in the area of Neil Avenue and West Northwood Avenue.Investigators said Cason threatened a man who was visiting and then stabbed his 22-year-old roommate in the neck after the visitor ran out of the house.The victim, identified as 22-year-old Melanie Chica, remai
