Man arrested in Licking County escapes from hospital, caught

A man arrested by the Licking County Sheriff's office evaded police inside a hospital but was caught a few hours later, according to the sheriff.Sheriff Randy Thorp confirmed the man, Cody Withrow, 23, was arrested by LCSO. While at the jail he said he swallowed a balloon of drugs and was taken to Licking Memorial Hospital.
