Man arrested in connection with 2014 assault

A man accused of raping a woman who rebuffed him at a bar on New Year’s Day 2014 has been arrested, court records show. Yontan T. Araya, 24, appeared in Franklin County Municipal Court on Wednesday. A judge set bail at $700,000.
