Man arrested in August North Linden homicide

The suspect in an August home invasion in North Linden that left a man dead and a teenage boy wounded had been released from state prison only a few weeks earlier, records show. Jessie Nicely, 25, of the 5000 block of Chatterton Road on the Far East Side, is charged with one count each of murder and felonious assault and two counts of aggravated robbery.
