Man arrested for taking photos outside elementary school in Dublin

An elementary and middle school in Dublin were placed under lockdown Thursday after a suspicious man was reported outside the buildings.According to Dublin City School Officials, a man was spotted outside Deer Run Elementary taking photographs and was asked to leave the property.The man left and later returned, prompting the elementary school and nearby Grizzell Middle School to be placed on lockdown.The man was arrested by a school resource officer.
