Man arrested for kidnapping, rape of Ohio teens; 2 fugitives at-large

The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested one of the three men wanted in the kidnapping and rape of two teenagers in Bowling Green.David Ramos Contreras was taken into custody in Lubbock, Texas. He was found hiding under a bed and will be extradited back to Ohio to face charges.Authorities are still searching for Arnulfo Ramos and Juan Garcia Rios Adiel in connection with the same incident.
