Man arrested for allegedly exposing himself to teens in Upper Arlington

A 58-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly exposed himself to two teenage girls in Upper Arlington.Robert William Cost of Troy was charged with one count of public indecency.The incident happened on Saturday around 9:30 p.m. at the Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt at Kingsdale Center.Police said the victims, ages 16 and 17, reported they were sitting at a table inside the store when Cost, who was seated at an adjacent table, exposed himself before leaving the store.The victims provided a ph
