Man arrested, charged with murdering roommate in NE Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio – A man is arrested and accused of stabbing and killing his roommate in northeast Columbus, according to the Columbus Division of Police.Police said 24-year-old David Morrison attacked his roommate 31-year-old Omar Alston with a knife or machete around 11:30 a.m. Thursday.Officers were called out to their apartment in the 5100 block of Berryleaf Grove but when officers arrived, they found Alston in another apartment with multiple stab wounds.Alston was taken to Riverside Hos
