Man armed with AR-15 leads deputies on multi-county chase

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said a three-county crime spree began Monday morning in South Bloomfield in Pickaway County, south of Columbus.Deputies said a man stole a vehicle and a rifle and then used the weapon to carjack another victim and swap vehicles. Deputies said the suspect was no doubt armed and dangerous and said they could not risk letting him get away.The Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office said Clint Allen, 27, took a white pickup truck and an AR-style rifle.Witnesses to
