Man agrees to plead guilty to cyberstalking Delaware County sheriff

A man who attacked Delaware County Sheriff Russell Martin in threatening letters and online posts for 18 years has agreed to plead guilty to cyberstalking the sheriff. William E. Young, 54, of Columbus, signed a guilty plea last week that was filed in U.S. District Court on Monday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jessica Kim said.
