Man acquitted of murder in cousin's beating death

Columbus police took nearly six years to file criminal charges for a brawl in which one man was beaten to death and two others suffered stab wounds outside a North Linden gas station. It took a Franklin County jury just two hours on Friday to find the only person charged in the case, Larry Mabry, not guilty on all counts.
