Lyme disease cases on the rise in Licking County
Licking County Health Department said they have seen more than double the amount of Lyme disease cases this year compared to last year.Last year, we're told the department had 21 cases and now so far this year they have 49 cases documented.Health Commissioner Joe Ebel said the wet weather in the spring leads to ticks reproducing.
