Low-flying planes fighting gypsy moth

Low-flying small planes seen over much of Franklin County this morning are treating the area in an effort to fend off the gypsy moth, according to the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Airplanes will fly today and Wednesday, weather permitting, between 100-200 feet above the tree tops and buildings to apply the treatment throughout the day.
