Longtime Circleville charity now in need of help itself

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The man hunched over the front desk of the Clothing Center — a free store/mission that has operated in Pickaway County since 1961 — and filled out the paperwork for the seed potatoes, onion sets, garden seeds and tomato plants that he can pick up free this spring.
