Local group meets daily to work out, help each other overcome everyday life challenges

COLUMBUS, Ohio — F3 is a group of men, ages 18 and up, that meets every morning to work out and support each other.The national organization began in North Carolina in 2011 and made its way to Columbus March of 2017.A spokesperson for the group, Rob Meyers, said it's a way for men to overcome feelings of loneliness, depression and just wanting that sense of brotherhood again.He said it's fathers, husbands and sons getting together to do various workouts every morning, boot camp style.One o
