Licking County law enforcement cleared of wrong doing in Hebron taser incident

NEWARK -- The Licking County Grand Jury cleared officers of wrongdoing in the death of Terrance Balo after a police chase and taser incident last year. According to a press release, Licking County Prosecutor Bill Hayes said,the incident that occurred Dec. 29 in Hebron. After a police chase, a taser was used in his apprehension.
