Liberty Township fire chief faces discipline

Liberty Township trustees voted Monday night to begin the process of determining discipline for Fire Chief Tim Jensen after what they say is a series management lapses. The unanimous vote allows Douglas Duckett, a Cincinnati lawyer, to bring charges during a formal hearing at which Jensen presents his side. State law requires this process in order to remove or discipline a chief.
