LGBT proposal draws crowd in Chillicothe

CHILLICOTHE — When Councilman Josh Cartee set down a sign-up sheet for public comment at the start of a Chillicothe City Council committee meeting Wednesday night, a line began to form at the front of the Ross County Service Center building. Plenty of residents had something to say about the council’s proposed anti-discrimination ordinance designed to protect Chillicothe’s LGBT community.
