Lethal injection IV may not work in ailing Columbus killer's veins

A lack of good veins to transport lethal drugs can now be added to the health problems complicating Alva Campbell's execution. The finding is raising fears among some that the Ohio execution chamber near Lucasville will again be the scene of a marred procedure.
