Late Night Slice was born after its founder Mikey Sorboro noticed an absence of by-the-slice pizza offerings in his Short North Columbus neighborhood. Eight years and multiple locations, trucks, and awards later, the LNS team took note of a similar absence in frozen by-the-slice pizza offerings in town. Customers often commented on how much they loved Late Night Slice pizza, and how great it would be frozen.
