Lancaster mayor pleads not guilty to tax charges

LANCASTER — Lancaster Mayor Brian S. Kuhn has pleaded not guilty to felony charges of failing to file a state income-tax return in 2014 and 2015. Kuhn entered the pleas this morning at his arraignment in Fairfield County Common Pleas Court before retired assigned Judge Linton D. Lewis.
