Lancaster mayor indicted on tax charges

LANCASTER — Lancaster Mayor Brian S. Kuhn has been indicted on two counts of failure to file state income tax returns, according to those who have seen the indictment. The charges are fifth-degree felonies punishable by a maximum of one year in prison per count.
