Kwest Group to build Westar infrastructure

WESTERVILLE — Dublin-based Kwest Group has been awarded a contract for $4.7 million worth of work to build sidewalks, sewers, water lines and other infrastructure at Westar Place, an office and hotel development on 62 acres of city-owned property along the south side of Polaris Parkway, between Cleveland Avenue and Africa Road.
