Korean War POW honored with final farewell

The Ohio Patriot Guard hosted an honorable farewell for a Korean War veteran killed in the Korean conflict.
Private first class William Wayne Cowan died as a prisoner of war more than six decades ago.
“It was 65 years ago and today we are honoring him,” said Edwina Campbell, secretary for Ohio Patriot Guard.Saturday, Pfc. Cowan’s remains were buried in Granville, Ohio.
