WASHINGTON (WTHR) — The high school students at the center of a viral confrontation with a Native American elder is now suing the Washington Post.The Washington Post reported Nicholas Sandmann is accusing the newspaper of defamation for how it reported on the video controversy that shows Sandmann's faceoff with Native American activist Nathan Phillips.According to the Post, the lawsuit said the paper "targeted and bullied" the 16-year-old in an effort to embarrass President Donald Trump.
