Kayaker found dead in Scioto River, crews search for second drowning victim in Marion Co.

The Marion County Sheriff’s office says two kayakers drowned in the Scioto River Monday.The sheriff’s office and Green Camp Fire Department responded to the 2000 block of Prospect-Upper Sandusky Rd South when a fisherman in the area reported seeing a person in the water.Upon arriving on scene, the fire department and sheriff’s office say they found 29-year-old Tyler Webb, of Marion, in the water.He was pronounced dead at the scene.Authorities said Webb was wearing a life jacket
