Kasich's JobsOhio chief gets 38% raise

JobsOhio had a good year in 2015— and so did John F. Minor Jr., the nonprofit's president and chief executive officer. Minor received a raise of $122,634 — a 38 percent jump — to boost his annual salary to $445,036, according to legally required filings by JobsOhio.
