Kasich uses clemency powers sparingly in 2015

Gov. John Kasich sparingly used his executive clemency power this year, approving just two of 244 requests he considered. The two pardons he granted were for old crimes: a burglary case from 1954, and a prostitution conviction from 1965, both from Cuyahoga County.
