Kasich urges GOP congressional leaders to replace Obamacare with Ohio's setup

Don't just toss out Obamacare — replace it with a system similar to what Ohio already has, Gov. John Kasich will tell congressional leaders today in Washington. But that replacement should retain several important provisions of Obamacare even after the Affordable Care Act is repealed, Kasich says in letters obtained by The Dispatch to House Speaker Paul Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and other key GOP members of Congress.
