Kasich quickly changes mind on Garland as court nominee

Ohio Gov. John Kasich is chiding fellow Republicans for their refusal even to meet with President Barack Obama’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court. But, after saying in taped interviews for Sunday morning talk shows that he would consider nominating Merrick Garland to the high court himself if he wins the Oval Office, Kasich quickly reversed course.
