Kasich, others in behind-the-scene ‘cattle rustling’ for GOP delegates

The political calendar shows fewer than 20 contests remaining in the 2016 GOP presidential nomination battle. But the so-called shadow campaign is still taking place in all 50 states, involving everyone from top party officials down to those who show up at gatherings in a county or legislative district.
