Justice Insider: Facebook photos, crimes don’t mix

By now, you’ve probably seen the photos of the face-tattooed man accused of robbing an Ashville bank. He’s the one the Internet gleefully labeled the latest “world’s dumbest criminal” a week ago. Internet sleuths surmised that John Mogan got caught because he posted photos of himself on Facebook posing with a thick wad of money that he pretended in one image was a phone and, in another, a sandwich.
